The Legal Aid Foundation’s Associates Campaign is a longstanding philanthropic tradition within our legal community. By including in-house counsel for the first time, 2026 is a founding year. You are not joining something established. You are helping build it.
As part of the inaugural Corporate Counsel Challenge, invites in-house attorneys and supporters to stand together in advancing access to justice across Colorado either by fielding a team to compete in the challenge, or by giving to the community fund. This is more than participation in a campaign — it’s an opportunity to shape a new tradition within the in-house legal community.
Because when in-house attorneys lead, others follow.
Double Your Impact in 2026
The Colorado Foundation for a Better Earth has pledged to match up to $50,000 of donations made to the Corporate Counsel Challenge.
That means every dollar you give is doubled. Your impact goes twice as far in supporting critical legal services for families who otherwise would face the legal system alone.
Participation Is Simple
You do not need to formally sign up your corporation to participate. Any donor who gives through the Corporate Counsel Challenge Community Fund page between March 1st-31st can simply designate their corporate affiliation.
That’s it.
Your corporation will automatically be recognized based on the number of affiliated donors. No administrative lift. No complex sign-up. Just meaningful participation.
Anyone can give, not just corporate attorneys. Staff and supporters company-wide can participate, as well as friends and family. This is about corporate legal leadership.
Corporate Recognition Categories
At the Campaign Celebration, corporations with affiliated donors will be recognized as:
Access to Justice Partners: 1–5 Donors
Advocates for Access: 5-15 Donors
Pillars of Justice: 15 + Donors
These tiers aren’t just labels — they signal leadership. They reflect a company culture that values justice, fairness, and community impact.
And because participation is based on number of donors (not gift size), everyone can contribute to moving their corporation up a level. Every voice counts.
