The Legal Aid Foundation and Colorado Lawyer Trust Account Foundation (COLTAF) are pleased to welcome Nicole Hathaway to our team as COLTAF Program Manager!
While Nicole’s role will focus primarily on COLTAF and its programs, she joins our shared staff supporting both organizations and our complementary work to strengthen civil legal aid across Colorado.
Nicole brings extensive experience in compliance, program administration, and organizational operations. Prior to joining COLTAF, she led HMDA/CRA reporting and compliance initiatives at FirstBank, where her work supported community reinvestment efforts and expanded access to financial services.
Nicole is drawn to mission-driven work and is committed to helping strengthen programs that increase access to justice for low-income Coloradans.
