About Diana
Diana Poole served as the Executive Director of the Legal Aid Foundation (LAF) and the Colorado Lawyer Trust Account Foundation (COLTAF) from 2005-2023. Under her leadership, LAF’s annual fundraising campaign more than doubled, now regularly exceeding $2 million a year. She also led several successful efforts to amend the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct to maximize and significantly increase COLTAF revenue for the benefit of civil legal aid. Prior to joining the Foundation’s staff, she served on the COLTAF Board, as well as the Board of Colorado Legal Services. Her past employment includes the Colorado Lawyers Committee (Executive Director), the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals (Staff Counsel’s Office), and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. Diana is a past president of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, and a former vice-chair of the Colorado Access to Justice Commission.
