Legal Aid Foundation Welcomes New Leadership

The Legal Aid Foundation of Colorado is pleased to welcome eight new Trustees to its Board: Patricia Y. Ho of Sheridan Ross in Denver; Josh W. Mack of Goldman Nicholson Mack in Durango; Stephan J. Marsh of Burg Simpson in Denver; Qusair Mohamedbhai of Rathod Mohamedbhai in Denver; Kathryn L. Raffensperger of Crowell & Moring in Denver; and Timothy M. Reynolds of Bryan Cave in Boulder. Also joining the Board in an ex officio capacity are Ryann Peyton (Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program), President of the Colorado Bar Association and Andrew L.W. Peters (Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti), Co-Chair of the Foundation’s Associates Advisory Board.

The Board of Trustees directs an ongoing effort to promote equal access to justice in Colorado by raising money to provide necessary civil legal services for low-income individuals and

families. The Trustees’ leadership in increasing private support for legal aid helps ensure that the most critical legal needs of vulnerable Coloradans do not go unattended.

Officers for 2022-23 are Chair Heather Perkins (Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath); Vice-Chair Jay Sturhahn (Sherman & Howard), Secretary Larry Katzin (DISH Network), Treasurer Nathanael Koch (Causey Demgen & Moore), and Past-Chair Eric Olson (Colorado Attorney General’s Office).
