Each year, as a tax-exempt nonprofit, the Legal Aid Foundation must file an informational tax return with the IRS. While we are only mandated by law to provide copies of this tax return upon request, the Legal Aid Foundation is also publishing its Form 990 on its website for public inspection. This is part of our commitment to transparency and prudent management of the funds we are entrusted to hold for the benefit of low-income Coloradans.
