As 2025 comes to a close, we are filled with deep gratitude for every one of you who helped ensure civil legal aid remained a lifeline for Colorado’s most vulnerable.
This year, thanks to your generosity and trust, Colorado Legal Services (CLS) continued to provide critical support for housing stability, access to benefits, protection for survivors of domestic abuse, and so much more.
Even as we celebrated 100 years of CLS serving communities across Colorado, legal aid faced serious headwinds: federal funding shortages, rising demand, and growing economic pressures for the people CLS serves.
But your support made the difference. Because of you, Coloradans were able to stay in their homes. Because of you, survivors of domestic violence didn’t have to stand alone in court. Because of you, families stayed together.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are hopeful and determined. We believe deeply in the power of civil legal aid to change lives, preserve dignity, and strengthen communities. With your continued support, we will help CLS meet rising needs while defending the principles of safety, fairness, and opportunity that guide us.
